Latest updates to Scrapages

I've made a few changes today. The major change is that you can now set your scraps to be world editable, like wikipedia. This will let you post something that you want other people to be able to update as time goes on. All scraps are completely private by default but with the current sharing options you can make your scraps public for all the world to read and now editable for all the world too. Just edit any of your scraps and you can set the sharing levels there.

I'm working on a system for specifying who you want to be able to edit or read your scraps so look for that in the next couple days.

I've also fixed some of the dead links that I hadn't filled out yet and I've changed the urls so that they show the title of the scrap in the link.
